Where we can help
Does any of this sound familiar?
Getting out of the bath is harder than it used to be.
You think twice about showering when nobody else is home.
The trip to the bathroom at night feels riskier than it should.
You're helping a parent or partner more than either of you would like.
How we work
The right bathroom starts with the right conversation.
Before we measure anything, we aim to understand four things:
First
Your mobility
Your stability, your strength, your dexterity.
Second
Your life
Who else is at home, who supports you now, and what you want to be able to do for yourself once we’ve finished.
Third
Your home
The door, the lighting, the layout, how you get to the bathroom.
Fourth
The future
How you move today – and designing for however that changes in the future.
We can get started quickly – but we can't do this in five minutes on the phone. It takes an in-person visit – over tea and biscuits at your kitchen table – to see what will actually work. Then we design a bathroom that's right for you – one that helps you stay in your home for longer.
When you call, you speak to one of our friendly team — not a call centre.
Lee covers Hertfordshire and the home counties. Charlie covers Devon.
Between them they've spent decades in people's homes, helping families work out what they actually need – and when they need it. They design your bathroom, and our own team fits it.
John, our installation manager, visits every site to make sure the work runs smoothly. If anything ever needs sorting you call us directly and our excellent aftercare service will take care of it

Our solutions
Here's some of the ways we'll help you stay safer at home for longer.
Tap the dots to see what makes each bathroom area safer.
Screen so a helping hand can still reach you
Seat and control within easy reach
Anti-slip tray
Low threshold - far easier to step over than a bath
Most cost-effective
Low level showers
A walk-in shower with a low or level-access tray. Easier to step into, safer underfoot, and often the most cost-effective way to make a real difference to your bathroom.
“Mother now has a fantastic new bathroom which she is more than happy with and I can rest easy knowing she isn't climbing dangerously in and out of the bath any more and instead stepping into her brand new walk-in shower with sliding doors and grab rails."
Andy
Space for a wheelchair or walking frame
Floor slopes only under the shower – the rest stays dry
Anti-slip flooring throughout
No step, no threshold – nothing to trip on
Completely step-free
Anti-slip wet rooms
A completely step-free shower. No tray, no threshold, nothing in your way. The water drains from the shower area as it should – the rest of the room stays dry.
"All I can say what an amazing job they have done. Nothing was too much trouble. Charlie advised and informed us professional and charming and with the help of Chris transformed our standard bathroom into a contemporary and high spec wet room."
Eva
Optional powered seat lowers and raises you
Walk-in baths
Open the door in the side, step in, sit down. Anti-slip surfaces, grab rails and an optional powered seat mean you can take a bath properly – without help, and without climbing in or out.
"Excellent work! My mother now enjoys a wonderful new bathroom, and she's thrilled with it. I'm relieved that she no longer has to dangerously climb in and out of a bathtub; instead, she can easily step into her sleek walk-in shower equipped with sliding doors and grab bars. The entire bathroom has been revamped and looks stunning.“
Kimberly
Grabs rails can be installed where you need them
Anti-slip surfaces inside the bath
Watertight door - no climbing over the edge
Bathe without climbing in
We make staying at home safer.
Need more than a bathroom? We adapt the whole home, not just the bathroom — doorways, lighting, ramps, rails and more. Find out more about what we do.
For families
Calling for someone else?
Many of our first conversations are with a son, daughter or partner. Someone who's worried, or worn out from helping. We've had hundreds of these conversations and we know they're not always easy to start.
We'll listen to you, and then we'll listen to them. The result is a bathroom they'll use with confidence.
