We can get started quickly, but this isn't a five-minute job on the phone. It takes a proper site visit – seeing the room, and understanding how your residents move – to know what will actually work. If a wet room is the right answer, we'll design it around them. If that's more than what is needed, we'll say so – a low level shower, or a few smaller changes, may do the job just as well.
